Intrivium Launches a New Community for Event Professionals
Practitioner-led network brings conversations, resources, relationships, and live experiences together in one connected place
VANCOUVER, Wash., Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Intrivium today announced the launch of the Intrivium LIT (Lead. Innovate. Together.) Community, a new professional network for people who design and deliver events, conferences, communities, programs, and other shared experiences. Created for the people behind the experiences that bring others together, the Intrivium LIT Community offers a place to exchange ideas, tackle real-world challenges, share practical resources, and develop meaningful professional relationships.
“People who build experiences are constantly creating opportunities for others to connect, learn, and belong,” said Josh Vande Krol, co-founder of Intrivium. “We wanted to create that same kind of space for them—a place where people can learn from one another, talk honestly about the work, and build relationships that continue beyond a single event or interaction.”
People in the events industry already have a growing number of ways to connect, from professional networks and social platforms to chat groups, webinars, and in-person events. But those interactions are often spread across disconnected places. A useful conversation may happen in one platform, a resource may be shared in another, and relationships formed at an event may have no natural place to continue.
The Intrivium LIT Community is designed to bring those elements together. Members will be able to participate in ongoing discussions, attend live programming, access an organized resource library, and stay connected with peers in one shared environment.
Community members will have access to:
- Peer discussions focused on the realities of building meaningful experiences
- Practical templates, frameworks, playbooks, and other resources
- Ask Me Anything sessions with experienced practitioners and industry experts
- Community roundtables and open office hours
- Member spotlights and opportunities to share expertise
- Direct access to Intrivium’s founders
- Early opportunities to influence community programming and product direction
The community will welcome both experienced practitioners and rising professionals working across events, engagement, audience experience, and community building. Weekly discussions and resource exchanges will make it easy to participate, while expert sessions and roundtables will create opportunities for deeper learning and connection.
The Intrivium Community is also a live demonstration of the company’s platform and the belief behind it: shared experiences—whether digital, in-person, or hybrid—should not exist as isolated moments. They should live within a connected community where conversations, resources, relationships, and engagement can continue before, during, and after the experience itself.
“An experience can create incredible energy, but that energy is often lost when the event ends or the platform closes,” said Nanci Meadows, Intrivium Co-Founder. “Intrivium gives those conversations and relationships somewhere to go. This community lets people experience that approach firsthand.”
Early participants are invited to join as Founding Members through October 31, 2026. Founding Members will receive permanent recognition within the community, opportunities to help shape its direction, invitations to exclusive roundtables, and direct access to Intrivium’s founders as the network grows.
